The more I think about it, the more it makes sense to take Obama’s offer to replace Joe Biden as the Vice President.
I can do that.
Not only would I be a heartbeat away from becoming President, I’d be first in line in 2016. If the economy keeps on track then it’s smooth sailing all the way to the White House.
Madama President. That has a nice ring to it. Bill as First Gentleman? I need some time to think about that. What would he do all day?
Health care?
Nope. Speeches? Yeah, that’s it. Speeches. At $50,000 each. If he did 10 speeches a month he’d be a part-timer in the White House and not stick his nose into every policy. Plus, we’d have a lot more retirement money.
Travel? I could have him attend a funeral every week for the first term. Perfect.
